Privacy
Privacy, by design
A camera product has to earn trust. Here's how we approach it.
This policy describes how the VibraRays website and early-access program handle your information today, and the principles guiding the product as it develops. We only describe behavior that actually exists — we don't write policy for features that aren't built.
Information we collect today
- Early access: the details you submit (name, email, optional country/phone, your platform and hardware interests, and marketing consent).
- Support messages: your name, email, and message when you contact us.
- Minimal, privacy-conscious analytics: aggregate usage events (e.g. page views) without invasive fingerprinting. We hash IP addresses used for abuse prevention rather than storing them raw.
How we use it
- To operate the early-access program and reply to you.
- To send product updates only if you opted into marketing.
- To protect the service from spam and abuse.
We do not sell your personal information.
Camera and future hardware principles
The future VibraRays glasses and app are being designed around these principles:
- Process imagery on-device wherever feasible.
- Do not upload continuous wearer video by default.
- No hidden recording; clear capture indicators.
- Explicit consent before any cloud upload.
- Collect the minimum telemetry necessary.
- Give you controls to delete your data.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from marketing at any time, and you can request deletion or a copy of your data using the form below or by emailing privacy@vibrarays.com.
